The objective is to contribute to strategy and enterprise value optimisation, and to bring diversity to the board. A candidate based outside the UK (ideally the US) would be particularly appealing.
Spectrum’s retained client is privately owned and growing fast without equity or debt funding. It’s a people-based business, but with a differentiated and highly innovative business model. Its core focus is on engaging large multinational B2B organisations in the adoption of innovative technology solutions.
Suitable candidates will be entrepreneurial, and, ideally, have a track record as a successfully exited founder of a technology business. Experience and credibility in-and-around the retail media and retail tech space is important, as is a strategic and value creation mindset.
