Non-Executive Chair

Our retained client, a VC-backed UK B2B SaaS organisation, seeks a Non-Executive Chair to join the board.

The Non-Executive Chair will:

  • Support, mentor and coach the CEO
  • Aide clinical strategic decision making
  • Lend B2B SaaS and M&A experience

Suitable candidates will:

  • Be experienced Board Chairs of growth stage ventures
  • Have prior experience as CEO of a B2B SaaS business
  • Understand institutional investors
  • Possess a coaching mentality

The top-line objective is to double company revenue to £25 million and to bolster this organic growth with acquisitions.

The time commitment is two days per month on average, of which one day will include a formal board meeting in London.

The rewards structure includes cash compensation and stock participation.
