VPI Systems is a US-headquartered provider of predictive network analytics and LTE capacity planning solutions to communications service providers worldwide.
As a result of Spectrum’s previous work for Cramer, we were asked by Tom Anthofer, Managing Partner at investor Cipio Partners to recruit a Vice President, Marketing to be based on the US east coat, and a Sales Director for central and eastern Europe, to be based in Munich, Germany.
The research for both searches was conducted entirely from London, and both searches were fully complete within six weeks of commencement.
We have deep market knowledge of the niche that VPI operate in, and are able to conduct searches from London regardless of the region or country in which the role may happen to be based. In circumstances such as this, all research is conducted in London, followed by initial interviews with Spectrum conducted locally. The client interview process is then conducted from London, as is all referencing and offer negotiation activity.
