Human Resources Director Europe search successfully completed on behalf of Kaspersky Lab

Spectrum today confirmed that it has recently completed a multi-geography search on behalf of Kaspersky Lab, to recruit a Human Resources Director, Europe.

Kaspersky Lab is headquartered in Moscow, and is the world’s largest privately-held cyber security company, yet retains a strong entrepreneurial company culture.

The search strategy adopted a geographic focus on Germany and the UK, and a profile focus on HR Directors that are well-suited to operating in substantial global technology organisations of a highly entrepreneurial, culturally diverse, and fast-changing nature.

Louise Brunhoj will be based at Kaspersky’s impressive new London offices in the Paddington Basin, and will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer in Moscow.

Previously, Louise spent over six years at TradeDoubler, latterly as Human Resources Director. Louise began her career at Marriott.

Spectrum successfully conducted this search in collaboration with its international partner group; a productive global collaboration which has also resulted in successful client assignments in London on behalf of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, listed German software company F24 AG, as well as a UK leadership team assessment programme at Ansell Healthcare.
