Chief Financial Officer appointment at unified communications analytics business, Tiger

Spectrum is pleased to confirm the successful appointment of Vicky Staley as Chief Financial Officer at Tiger.

Tiger is an established, privately-owned SaaS business that enables B2B customers to bring all their communication and collaboration data into one platform – Tiger Prism – which provides insight into the activities of teams, customer experience, and technology investment.

The objective of the Chief Financial Officer search was to provide experienced finance leadership, private equity, scale-up, and B2B SaaS metrics experience to the senior management team.

Working closely with the CEO, Jon Pickering, the search strategy focussed on fast-growth B2B SaaS ventures in the UK. 

Vicky Staley joined Tiger from Boats Group. As Director of International Finance, Vicky undertook three acquisitions, and contributed to the sale of the business (a private equity transaction, from Apax to Permira). Previously, Vicky was CFO at ICSA Software, during which time the company’s revenues grew from £6 million to £25 million. The business was acquired by Diligent Corporation in February 2017. Vicky is an FCCA and qualified with Ernst & Young.
