Spectrum places Shaun Gregory as Non-Executive Chair at Dragonfly AI: the neuroscience-led predictive AI platform trusted by the world’s leading FMCG and CPG brands
Dragonfly AI is a market leader in AI-powered predictive visual analytics, helping global brands optimise creative performance across digital, in-store and omnichannel environments. Its patented biological algorithm, developed from neuroscience research at Queen Mary University of London, predicts how people will see, feel and remember creative content before it goes live.
Headquartered in London, its core platform, Studio, is used by some of the world’s most valuable FMCG and CPG brands to test creative assets before committing to production.
Shaun’s appointment as Chair follows Dragonfly AI’s recent investment round, led by 24Haymarket, and comes amid strong momentum for the business, including the launch of new Emotion and Memory metrics and a strategic partnership with Mintel.
As Dragonfly AI’s Non-Executive Chair, Shaun brings a 38-year career in media, technology and telecoms leadership to the role. His experience scaling PE-backed businesses through growth and exit is ideally matched to Dragonfly AI’s current stage, as it moves from high-growth UK scale-up to global market leader.
He currently serves as Executive Chairman of MVF and Independent Non-Executive Director and ESG Chair at Gamma Communications, alongside board roles at eSIMGo, HYGH, NSPCC/ChildLine and Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
Previously, Shaun was CEO of EMG Group, IYUNO Media Group, Exterion Media and Blyk, and Managing Director, Advertising at Telefónica/O2.
