Head of Marketing Campaigns for UK Flooring Direct

UK Flooring Direct is a privately held, fast-growth eCommerce organisation in the homes & garden retail category; headquartered in the Midlands, UK.

Spectrum was retained to search for a Head of Marketing Campaigns; a newly-created role which would report to the company’s Chief Marketing Officer.

The appointed candidate would take responsibility for delivering the company’s marketing campaigns, the success of which will be integral in fuelling further revenue growth.

Suitable candidates would be dynamic, hands-on, collaborative marketing campaign leaders. They must understand the important principles of marketing, and be enthusiastic about implementing strategic campaigns for the brand in the digital arena.

Managing a small team, the role would provide an exciting career opportunity in which the successful candidate could truly ‘make their mark’.

Spectrum’s search identified 128 potential candidates, from which a shortlist of five was presented to the client. The search was fully completed in two months and three days.

The appointed executive is a highly-experienced Head of Marketing from a major UK lifestyle category retailer: where she latterly held responsibility for all in-store marketing in the UK & Ireland.
