Head of Sales appointment at sustainable laptop remanufacturer, Circular Computing

Spectrum is pleased to confirm the successful appointment of Luke Doneghan as Head of Sales at Circular Computing.

Circular Computing is a sustainable technology business which has recently been awarded the world’s first BSI Kitemark for remanufactured laptops.

Founded by Rod Neale – the winner of LDC’s Green Disruptor Award in 2021 – and headquartered in the UK, Circular’s purpose-built facilities remanufacture business laptops at scale – in so doing, providing a host of significant environmental and cost benefits to its corporate customers, and exceptional computing performance to its end users.

Circular’s clients include Balfour Beatty, which has procured 6,000 laptops from Circular Computing.

The objective of the Head of Sales search was to provide additional experienced, laptop domain, pan-European sales and channel experience to the senior management team.

Working closely with the CEO, Scott Mac Meekin, the search strategy encompassed the leading laptop manufacturers and channel partners in the UK and mainland Europe.

Luke Doneghan joined Circular from Dynabook Europe, where he was Head of Channel & Sales Operations, EMEA. Previously, Luke was Head of SMB at Toshiba Northern Europe. He began his career at XMA where he was Desktop & Notebook Manager. Luke holds a BA from the University of Nottingham.

Daniel Osmer, Managing Partner at Spectrum commented “It was a pleasure to work very closely with the CEO at Circular Computing on this mandate, the successful conclusion of which will help Circular Computing continue on its journey of growth and of reinventing the computing industry with sustainable, certified products. We wish Luke and the team every success”.
