Senior Digital and Analytics appointments at Accenture Interactive

Accenture Interactive launched in September 2009 to provide solutions that integrate consulting, technology and analytics to enhance marketing performance.

The group has grown exponentially over the years, drawing talent from the likes of Yahoo, Digitas, Sapient, WPP, Interpublic — and experienced brand managers from Kellogg, Nestlé and other large consumer brands. Accenture have talent in every mature and most emerging markets in the world.

Today Accenture Interactive is uniquely poised at the intersection of marketing, data and technology.

Spectrum were retained to conduct a search for two key positions which resulted in the successful appointment of:

  • Senior Manager, Analytics

The appointee was recruited to work with client teams to analyse and understand Accenture client’s cross-channel opportunities and challenges and then identify the most appropriate solutions from their consulting and process optimisation teams, technology and systems integration or business process or outsourcing teams.  This also included supporting client teams to select, design and implement eCommerce solutions based on packages such as ATG (Oracle), IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite, hybris or others.

The appointee was responsible for client solution strategy using leading or bleeding-edge concepts and technologies to provide Accenture clients with a differentiated product in the marketplace.

  • Digital Leader, Senior Manager

The appointee was recruited as an industry expert in the digital field able to assist in client business development interactions and engagements.  The role required someone who could confidently and credibly engage in digital visioning discussions with senior marketing clients and then help run the appropriate strategy projects that result from the client challenges.

Typical strategy projects might include, overall digital strategy, digital operating model design; digital organisation and governance, digital blueprint definition, business case creation, etc.
