Spectrum was retained to search for a Head of Technology in a newly-created role which would report to the President Entertainment in the UK, and the Group CTO in the USA.

The successful candidate would join the executive leadership team of the Entertainment business, and ensure that TOCA’s entertainment platform could be built and successfully deployed at its first entertainment venue – after which, the technology would be rolled-out across further sites across the UK and overseas.

The opportunity would provide the appointed candidate with an outstanding opportunity to build and deliver the entertainment technology system which will be fundamental to our client’s success, at an exciting stage in the company’s development, in the sports entertainment industry.

Spectrum’s search identified 132 potential candidates, of which a shortlist of 9 was interviewed by the client. The search was fully completed in two months and three days.

The appointed executive is an experienced CTO with a PhD in Robotic Vision Processing. Spectrum fully managed the process including offer negotiations and referencing.
