Hello, I am Daniel Osmer, Managing Partner at Spectrum, a retained board and executive search firm that I founded in London in December 2001 following an early career in corporate HR in the TMT sector with Nortel Networks, Cable & Wireless and ICL (now Fujitsu). I hold a BA (Honours) Personnel Management.
My philosophy then is the same as it is today – that clients would benefit from a deeper and longer-term relationship approach to executive search and consulting engagements than is the market norm: essentially combining the business-partner approach of corporate HR done well, with the best attributes of executive search.
Today, our core services are delivered primarily to the technology sector, and comprise board and executive search, as well as related services including coaching, assessment and development.
