We are currently undertaking the following executive searches for a retained client who is a leader in secure financial transaction processing.  We are seeking:

Senior Security Analyst

This position will serve as an advisory role in matters of cyber security to the organisation, and will have a lead role in the development, issuance, and maintenance of detailed security strategies and policies at our client: a leading business in secure financial transaction processing.

The job holder will lead incident handling, and be responsible for successfully leveraging security data from internal and external sources to protect the company’s network perimeter.

S/he will also evolve the Security Governance and Security Programme, mentor junior analysts, investigate breaches, and provide technical expertise on the architecture and implementation of security solutions, and on the operational processes of the different areas of cyber security.

Candidates should have a background in information security.

Head of Product Development

The Head of Product Development will be the unifying force behind all product development and execution, combining feedback from sales, marketing, innovation, customers and prospects to set the strategic vision and lead the execution on new features and innovative products. This is an important and strategic role within the company.

Reporting to the CTO, the Head of Product Development will define the product vision, determine business case, feasibility and roadmap, and deliver a remarkable product. Equally important, this position includes working with sales, marketing and customer support to ensure all products support the objective of growing revenues from EUR55-70m over the next three years.

Candidates will be experienced in managing product development teams, and ideally experience will have been gained within a high-transaction product environment, such as payments.

Head of Product Marketing & Communications

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Product Marketing & Communications will be responsible for all outbound marketing activities for the current and future product portfolio, as the company seeks to grow from EUR55-70m revenue over the next three years.

The Head of Product Marketing & Communications will craft the messaging and positioning for products, and conceive and develop innovative marketing programmes that drive demand.

The following will be key:

  • Structure and organise the team.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for all products including:
  • Product positioning
  • Demand generation
  • Sales enablement
  • Product launch
  • Customer Engagement
  • Implement the strategic plan with assistance from product management and sales.

Candidates should be experienced in marketing technology solutions to corporate customers. Any experience with regard to secure payments would be an advantage, as would any other experience within a high-volume transaction business.

Candidates for all three positions can be based from the company’s office in Brussels or home-based in Europe, travelling to the office as required.
