Non-Executive Chairman Survey

We are currently drafting a guide for Non-Executive Chairmen of growing, privately-held technology ventures and canvassing valued opinions from those with relevant experience.

Plenty has been written about being Board Chair of a public company (PLC), but much less so of real quality with regard to fast-growth, privately-held tech businesses. Our personal experience of hiring Non-Executive Chairmen for clients is that the role is nuanced, but, done right, adds enormous value to a private business – even those at a relatively formative stage in their company development.
