Spectrum to provide CompStudy in the UK
CompStudy is a survey of board and executive compensation (including equity participation) in privately-held technology and life sciences organisations.
It is a collaborative trans-Atlantic effort led by Park Square Executive Search in Boston, Harvard Business School, Wilmer Hale and Ernst & Young. In 2013, 860 companies participated in the survey.
In the UK, the CompStudy service is offered exclusively by Spectrum. The 2014 survey is now open.
CompStudy results provide essential information for businesses and investors to stay abreast of current trends in senior executive compensation and organisational structures for private companies.
Data is analysed in aggregate with detailed views by position, and can be filtered dynamically according to the following dimensions: founder/non-founder status, revenue, headcount, geography, business segment, and number of financing rounds. Additional detail is provided on compensation for the Board of Directors, as well as other compensation trends, such as the make-up of severance packages.
Privately-held UK technology and life sciences are invited to participate in the 2014 survey now at www.compstudy.com or by contacting Spectrum in London or Park Square Executive Search in Boston.
