William Alexander joins Spectrum’s Advisory Board
William has joined Spectrum’s Advisory Board to enhance the delivery of leadership coaching to clients.
Previously, he spent 16 years at Spencer Stuart. William led the firm’s TMT practice globally for 8 years and also Chaired its Board Nominating Committee.
Today, he is a board director and co-owner of the premier coach training and leadership development community, Meyler Campbell, and is a Partner at Leadership Advisers.
William specialises in supporting leaders through key phases in their careers and in enhancing top team effectiveness through facilitated programmes.
Recent coaching engagements have included:
- CEO acceleration programme for a 1st time CEO of a $multi-million funded tech spin-out
- CEO transition support for the newly appointed leader who was fresh into the sector (InsureTech), and top team coaching
- Leadership coaching for a team of 10 – including the founders – of a successful software business which had secured funding from a highly regarded growth investor
- Leadership team effectiveness programme for an AIM-listed business that had recently restructured following a post-pandemic business downturn
- Career support for a proven pharmaceuticals CEO at a crossroads
William began his career at Bain & Co. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in PPE from Oriel College, Oxford.
He is an accredited mediator with the Society of Mediators.
